Getting to Mgunga Serengeti Camp
By Air
Takes only 1 hour, this is the easiest and more convenient way to reach our camp. We’re located in the vast Western Corridor of the Serengeti, approximately 40 km from Seronera. The nearest airstrips to our camp are Grumeti and Sasakwa. You can catch a flight to either of these airstrips from various major hubs, including Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, or Ngorongoro.
By Road
Perhaps you prefer an overland adventure; the drive from Arusha is approximately 6-7 hours, covering a distance of 325 km (202 miles). Naabi Gate is only a 2-hour drive from Ngorongoro, 4-hour drive from Lake Manyara, and about 6.5 hours from Tarangire.
